Outlook 2000 problems

I updated from Win 98SE to Win XP Home. Outlook 2000 came
with the pocket pc Activesync CD. The program works fine
on the desktop by itself, but when I dock the pocket pc a
warning comes up that say, "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.
A required component is missing: OMI9.DLL. Please install
Microsoft Outlook again." Please show me what to do.
Thank you.

Ummm... this may sound facetious, but *did* you try reinstalling Outlook?
