One of my users has reached his 2 gb max with Outlook 2000. I can't open
Outlook to delete any of the files. When I try I get the error message
"errors have been detected in the file c:\documents &
settings\%username%\local settings\applicaton
data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications and
then use the Inbox Repair Tool".
I ran the repair tool. It got to 100% of phase 4 of 8 and I received this
error "An error has occurred which caused the scan to be stopped. No changes
have been made to the scanned file."
What should I do next? I don't want to lose the files - I'd like to be able
to choose which ones are deleted. Is that possible?
Thanks,
Sherry
