Outlook 2000 quits on reply

Outlook 2000 is quitting (sometimes) when the user is hitting the ENTER
key once or several times in a reply. No error message, no entry in the
event logs.

Config: Outlook 2000 SP3 on XP pro SP1, Exchange Srv 5.5 SP4 on NT 4
Srv. SP6a

Any ideas?
