Outlook 2000 reactivation

I have Outlook 2000 that came with my pda (no office
files). I just reconfigured my computer and outlook wants
to be reactivated. It is looking for a file called
OUTRET.msi that is supposed to be on the installation cd,
but is not there. How can I get around this and get
functioning again?
