outlook 2000 reload-NEED HELP!

I reloaded winXP Professional last night on my computer.
WHy I am not exactly sure right now? ANyways when I went
to open my outlook email this is the error I get.

Unable to open your default email folders. The .DLL file
for the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
Can anyone out there help me.

System restore is not an option as there are no dates
before today.
