Outlook 2000: Reply/Fwd Font changes color automatically

Each time I reply or forward an email, outlook automatically changes my font
color for each level of reply. So, if I have an email that goes back and
forth several times, the font in my replies changes from black to blue to
green to red, etc. How do I stop this?
