Outlook 2000 requirements for e2k

Hi
We are planning to deploy e2K in out environment. Currently we are using Office 2000. A scan of our network shoowed various versions of outlook clients running. My questions
1) What is the difference between outlook service release and service pack. Is SR2 same as SP2
2) What is the minnimum requirement for a Outlook client to connect to the exchange 2000 server
3) I did a Help -> About for all the outlook versions and here is what i have, which ones are compatible with E2
