I am running Outlook 2000 on a small business server. At
times when we send an email to: & cc: when the receiving
party hits reply or forward that email trys to go to our
networked Domain not to the email address from which it
was sent.
This especially happens when one of the email receivers is
not a part of our Domain. So instead of the email
addressing itself to (e-mail address removed), it forwards
to xxxxxxx.local and therefore bounces back to the person
who tried to reply or forward from the original message.
I have been looking and networking on this problem for
months and no one seems to have a viable answer. Please
help. What can I do so the email goes to the email address
and not the domain name. Is something setup wrong?
Thanks
