Hello.
The computer of a client works with Windows 98 S.Ed. and he uses Outlook
2000. He could work very fine until last Friday. From then Outlook 2000
works very slowly and furthermore, it freezes very often. He hasn't
installed any new program and he hasn't any virus.
The system works fine until you start the Outlook 2000.
I have tried to uninstall and install again the Outlook, but the problem
continues.
Any suggestion?
I have seen that when you uninstall Outlook 2000 the uninstall isn't
complete because when you install it again, the old settings (folders, and
so on) and the old mail messages are on the new installation.I have looked
for a method to uninstall complete on the Microsoft web site and I will do
it next time I visit my client. But if you have experienced this problem and
you could tell me something I would appreciate,
Bye,
