Hello. Until now I have not been using the Outlook 2000
that came with Office 2000. I have been using OE and Juno
as email clients. However I would now like to be able to
use some of the features of Outlook but am having trouble
getting started. Whenever I open outlook I get an error
message that says " unable to open your default email
folders. Outlook could not start because a location to
send and receive mail could not be found. To add a
location, such as a personal folder file, double click the
mail icon in Windows conril panel". Then the message I
get is would you like to open the default file system
folders instead? If I answer yes then I am not able to
use any of the features of Oulook except to look at my A
or C drive etc and if I choose no then Outlook shuts
down. Can anyone offer some help?
Thanks,
