Outlook 2000 sharing a Group List

I have Outlook 2000 and have created several Group
Distribution Lists for my office. How can I send a copy
of that group list to another user in my office, so that
they can add the group list to their contacts?

Attach it as an Outlook Item in a message in RTF format.
Recipient can double click to open, then Save to put it in the local
information store.
