Hello all,
I have what I think must be a common problem, but having searched the
groups have not been able to find a solution.
I am running Windows XP and Outlook 2000. I have recently changed ISP
and now have one with a single dial up account but multiple email
addresses, so I have one for me and one for my fiancee.
I am unable to make the dial up connection fetch only email for one of
us (at least I don't think I can) so whenever Outlook connects it
downloads mail for both of us. We have seperate accounts on the PC.
What I want to do is seperate our emails into seperate folders and
have them available on both accounts. Currently, if one of us logs in
and downloads the mail it is only available on that account - if the
other person logs in they can't see the mail.
I though that net folders might work but from what I've read I don't
think they will. All I want is two global folders that are visible in
outlook from both accounts and that I can set up rules for to direct
the email into the appropriate one.
Can't be that difficult, surely?? Any help most appreciated!
Cheers,
Al.
