Hello, hoping someone can help me out. When attempting to add a new
contact, edit a contact or select a contact to send a message I receive the
following error and upon clicking OK Outlook shuts down. I am using Outlook
2000. I have tried to add a new folder thinking that the main contact
folder was corrupted but received the same message. Also, uninstalled and
reinstalled the the version of Office Professional 2000 that I am using.
OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module OUTLLIB.DLL at 0167:3a51b026.

I was at the Microsoft Knowledge database and found this article,

and was wondering if anyone else had any success trying these solutions as I
couldn't get the problem fixed using them.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Todd
