Outlook 2000 sp-3 installed

I've used this verision for 7 yrs and have always been able to send/recieve
any attachment. I can send .JPG files but all other types like .pps , .wav;
..pdf; .gif; .xls
..bmp; won't send. Now since Apr. 23rd, 2006 none of these will forward/send
out ?
What happened ?

After furious head scratching, Jerry asked:

I never got my answer ? Could you tell me how or where to solve this issue ?
Someone/somebody deleteed my other identical post question yeasterday.
