Outlook 2000 Start up error msg.

Upon opening Outlook I get an error msg "C:\Documents and
Settings\DEO\Application Data\Microsoft\Addins\' is not a
valid Office add-in". I'v deleted the folder for addins
but the system keeps creating the folder.
Any help on this?

Open Outlook, then Tools->Options->Other->Advanced. Under Add-in Manager,
uncheck any add-ins that you may have recently uninstalled. Do the same
under COM Add-ins.
