I recently rolled back my IE installation, due to a
problem when launching media player (I susbsequently found
that I could have just re-installed the media player and
that would have been fine), and have successfully re-
installed. (I did however elect to only roll back the IE
part of the installation and not the outlook express part,
which is where I think my problem stems from). However, it
has messed up my outlook 2000 installation. I had to re-
install outlook express initially and now each time I
start outlook 2000 I get "An OLE registration error has
occurred. The program is not installed correctly. Run set-
up again for the program."
I have deleted it and re-installed it (both outlook and
the whole MS Office package) but continue to get the above
message. I have also re-installed IE 6.0 twice and still
get the above problem.
Is there anyway to delete IE/outlook completely, so I can
start with a vanilla installation? Any help would be
appreciated.
Thanks
