Outlook 2000 Stops working after a few seconds

I just added a Windows 2003 server to my windows 2000
domain. After promoting it to a domain controller, my
outlook 2000 users started to experience lockups. My XP
users have been unaffected. I still have exchange 2000
running on a windows 2000 server.
