Outlook 2000 Task Entry

D

Deb

Since my corporate IT staff upgraded/reconfigured my
laptop, I can no longer create a task in Outlook. I've
contacted them and they indicate they didn't restrict
anything there.

I can enter a task on my PDA, then synch it with Outlook
and it gets created, but I cannot directly enter a task.
Can anyone help with such a basic issue??

Close Outlook. Find and rename or delete the frmcache.dat and then reopen
Outlook and try again.

| As far as I can see all information is in properly - does
| this help? Does anyone have any ideas??
