Outlook 2000 time sent messages

W

Webford

Our receptionist is having trouble sorting out the correct date that she
saves an attachment from an email that she has been sent. Even though the
email shows the correct date and time along with other programs she has and
also along with the main clock on the taskbar, when she goes to save the
attachments ie, a digital dictation file, it seems to show as 12 hours later
ie, pm rather than am.

Does anyone know what the problem is here and how to fix it?

We have experimented and forwarded the particular emails to others in the
office, who when they save the attachments, the correct transferral time
shows.
