Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003

Expect delivery of new laptop with Outlook 2003 installed with XP Pro as
Operating System. No doubt IE6 and Outlook Express 6 will also be
preinstalled.

I'm using Outlook 2000 for non email work and Outlook Express 6 for
email. Both share the address book. I'd like to keep the settings from
both programs when I use the new computer. I see that XP has a migration
utility. What's the best way to handle this migration with the least
amount of 'pain' Is there a resource you can direct me to that will help
me with this transfer.
