Outlook 2000 Visual C++ error

Hi all,
Everytime I close Outlook 2000 SR1 I receive an error message like this
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error"
PATH to Outlook.exe
abnormal program termination

I've tried all solutions presented here but no one works.
There is no McAfee software installed or Symantec Internet Security installed.
I've unchecked everything from Add In Manager

Please help

I've found the solution!
It seems that Outlook and Plaxo do not cohabitate together well.
After removing Plaxo, everything went back to normal.
