Outlook 2000 won't open

T

Terrie

I don't know what triggered it, but every time I open my Outlook 2000 it says
it cannot find the file containing the folders to send and receive emails,
calendar, I have removed the program and reinstalled it several times, I have
run all the updates. I did get it to work at one point and then it stopped
again...I think it was after one of the updates. So, I uninstalled and
reinstalled agian...and ran 1 update at a time and reopened in between
without success.

I am getting very frustrated now..Any help would be appreciated.

'Tools|Services|Personal Folders|Properties' check to see of the "Path"
points to your old .PST file. If it doesn't, 'Tools|Services|Add|Personal
Folders', select your old Personal Folders file and click OK.
