Outlook 2000 won't start after worm_r infection.

Cleaned virus and everything runs fine now except Outlook?

1. I tried office REPAIR
2. I tried Office uninstall and reinstall
3. ALL Windows and Office updates
I can't find anything in Technet.

Running Win98
