Outlook 2000

1) Downloaded Holidays. Gave me the OK, yet when I go to
the calendar... they are not there!

2) How do I open archived items. They are stored in .pst
files. Had tried Word, but all I get is gibberish.

1) The holidays file that shipped with Outlook 2000 only includes
holidays through the year 2002. You will need to download and install
an updated holidays file. Links to such files, and instructions for
using them, can be found here:

2) .PST files can only be opened in Outlook. The following page
