outlook 2000

I have been trying to import a netscape address book to
contacts in outlook 2000. the file is a comma separated
windows file(.cvs) format. When I try to import, an error
message occurs that says I need to install a data1.mis
file from the windows 2000 installation disk. I have not
been able to access this file on the installation disk.Any
suggestions how this fihle might be located or what to do
to install the import engine?
