Outlook 2000

I am using Outlook 2000, I love it but every time I do a “reply†outlook does
not connect and send out the message. Each time I have to do a “New mail
Message†This is very annoying. I use Outlook on other computers and have no
problems. I cannot figure this one out.

If anyone has a suggestion please let me know.
