About a month ago my Microsoft outlook quit working. I
can receive messages but when I go to open them outlook
freezes and I have to ctl-alt-del (message not responding)
I have the product number but when I input it to ask
Microsoft about it it says invalid, can any one help, I
have alot of info stored and want to retreive it?

Can any one advise me on this problem? I really need the
stored information that is on there.
