Outlook 2000

How do I retrieve an email I've just sent in error and
recall it before it's opened by the receiving party. I
can do it at work in Outlook 98 but can't find how to do
it in 2000 here at home.

You can't

Go into your sent items folder open the message you want
to recall, click on Actions from the toolbar and then
click on recall this message.
