Outlook 2000

Running Outlook 2000 with all updates applied under Win2000
every time I recieve an email I get msg:
Outlook.exe - Entry point not found
The procedure entry point StrTokEx could not be located
in the dynamic link library [email protected]
Does anyone know how to solve this?
