Outlook 2000

I removed a 4GB hard drive that had Windows 98 and
reolaced it with a 40GB hard drive and put on windows 2000
pro.

I installed Office 2000 and when I go to use Outlook it
shows me the email messages, but then it shuts down.

The event viewer tells me that I am having an MsInstaller
error that says:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0
\Common\UserData not exist.

What is wrong?
