Outlook 2000

When I open Microsoft Outlook and click a specific email
I get this message
This program has performed an illegal operation and
will be shut down. Close Details
When I click details
OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module OUTLLIB.DLL at 017f:3a457aa2.
I removed the office 2000 and reloaded it and
yet the problem is not resolved.
What should I do ?
