Outlook 2000SR Premium closes after about 3 minutes

For the last three days, everytime I open outlook, within
about 3 minutes it closes. I get a mesage error that says
it had to close and I send the error reporting message.
When viewing the log I get the following:

Eror signature

AppName: Outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2416 ModName
FLDPUB.dll Mod Ver: 9/0/3425.0 Offset 00029435.

I have done fix and repair and have reinstalled. Can
anyone provide any further information to rectify this
problem.
