Outlook 2001 and OS X

I'm considering upgrading to OSX later this year and would like to be
able to run my computer without going into Classic Mode.

We operate an Exchange Network and I have been using Outlook 2001 for
my Titanium Powerbook. It seems that there are issues regarding using
OSX and Exchange Networks.

Can someone post an outline of what problems upgraders might encounter
and whether or not there are fixes on the way.
