I realize that there is a know issue with Outlook 2001 and
not being able to view messages that are html or have html
content embedded in the message. Is there a work around?
would upgrading to the next outlook suite or office suite
fix this issue. I looked up the issue on the Microsoft
web site (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;en-us;300650) and this article only mentions the
issue involving windows outlook client users creating
messages in HTML and when they are sent to Macintosh
users, Exchange will convert the messages to RTF.
According to the posting, Outlook 2001 will only read and
send in RTF. I can not find a solution anywhere. Has
anyone run into this issue before?
Thanks!
