Outlook 2001 freezes on install

Hi all,

When I try to install OL2K1 on a G3 running OS9, it locks up right at the
point where it starts copying the files after I double click the outlook
icon. This is after I have copied the folder to the HDD. I can't
apple-option-esc out of it, the only way to recover is to restart the
machine. I have installed this on about 50 other machines in the building,
many with the same configuration, no problem. I'm a PC guy, so any help
would be great.
