Outlook 2001 Mac - duplicate folders problem

Hello,

My office switched to a new email server and now I'm getting duplicate
folders in the folder menu. See:

I tried creating a new profile (several times) and I have reinstalled
Outlook from scratch (deleting all the pref files I could find). These
duplicate folders keep showing up. How do we fix this?

Note: The "name1" folders are the wrong ones and they show up in the
Outlook menu bar (usually to the left of the folders menu bar.
