outlook 2001 mac os9.1 problem

I am having the problem with downloading the offline address book. I
get the error message: An error occurred while opening the Microsoft
Exchange offline address book files on the Microsoft Exchange Server.
See your administrator. (OK)
Then: Unable to download the offline Address Book. The Microsoft
Exchange Address Book could not be accessed. (OK)

As I am the administrator, this is not much help to me.

can you help me?
