Outlook 2001 main window turns white when switching from OS X to Classic

I'm using OS 10.2.8 on a Dual G4 with 2 monitors, and I'm having
trouble using Outlook 2001 in Classic Mode.
I noticed that when I switch from Outlook 2001 to OS X using the dock
or clicking on the outlook 2001 window, my entire screen turns white -
no more Outlook 2001 window and no Classic menu bar.

I can go back to X by clicking on the window of a OS X program or the
dock but Outlook 2001 and Classic are gone from view and in order for
me to go back to Outlook I have to force quit Classic and restart it.


btw, other classic applications do't give me this problem.

Can someone help!
