Outlook 2001 on OSX

I know Entourage is the preferred messaging client for OSX, but we need to
try to make Outlook 2001 (connecting to Microsoft Exchange) work a bit
longer. We've got it working, but we are not seeing GAL or any other
address lists. Does anyone have any idea why we wouldn't be able to see the
global address list with Outlook 2001 on OSX?
