Outlook 2001 printing question

One of my clients reports that printing email from Outlook 2001, does not
show the sender's email address in the FROM field. They apparently want/need
to see the sender's email address in printed copy.

Is there a setting for this? Is this an inherent issue with Outlook 2001
Mac? Other email programs don't seem to do this.
