I've spent way too much time on google, TechNet (KB305987) and newsgroups
trying to fix this:
I have 1 user on Outlook 2001 and OSX.2/classic who constantly has her
Outlook 2001 close after 1 min of being idle.
No the other OS9 programs quit. Other Outlook 2001 users are fine.
Going into her Calendar or Tasks makes Outlook 2001 close instantly.
Other Outlook profiles work fine on her computer.
I tried her profile on other computers;
G3 with OSX.2/OS9.2 and Outlook 2001: same problem.
G3 with OS8.6 and Outlook 2001: same problem but gives Error type 11
G3 with OS8.6 and Outlook 8.x: no problems
WinXP with Outlook 98: no problems
Outlook Web Access: no problems
I tried the outlook /cleanschedplus and /cleanfreebusy switches from the DOS
prompt.
We're running Exchange 5.5 SP4
Why is this happening? Do I have to re-create the mailbox?
I was thinking of using Outlook 98 to make .PST of her INBOX.
Any help would be great!
email (e-mail address removed) (delete NOSPAM)
Thanks!
