Outlook 2001 w/ Windows 2003

We recently upgraded our domain to windows 2003 (forest and domain
functional level at 2003) the one feature we lost is the ability to change
the passwords via the outlook 2001 client. I applied the registry entries
suggested in the knowledge base article regarding this problem. This did not
fix the problem. Has anyone else ran into this issue, and does anyone have
any suggestions on a solution?
