outlook 2002- 2007 timeout

Hi,
Microsoft outlook 2002/2007 changes state to offline after every 20-25
minutes. After this we need to connect to the server again which is
cumbersome. can this idle timeout setting be disabled or increased.

Which mail account type do you use?
What type of connection do you make?

Hi,
Using IMAP email account and we even use outlook express but don't face
any problem in that.

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

HI,
Antivirus has been installed but the mail scanning feature in it has
been disabled, still the problem persist. There are no issues while using
outlook express but outlook goes offline after every 20-25 minutes and than
close outlook again | open it | connect. What could be the issue
