I am a delagate to my bosses outlook calendar and email. It is NOT
set up to automatically accept appointments. All appointments are
automatically copied to me to my inbox for me to notify him an/accept
or decline. Occassionaly (and that's what's odd because it doesn't do
it all of the time) an appointment gets accepted by me on his behalf
but I didn't do anything. I didn't click accept.
Now, is it sending the accpetance because I clicked on the appointment
in his calendar (it shows up as tentative until it is accpeted) and
open it? Is it accpeting if I click on the appointment from within
his email box vs. my email box?
Neither of us has auto accept enabled.
Any assistance appreciated.
