Outlook 2002 & ActiveSync 3.7

I've installed Office XP Pro on top of 2000 Premium.
Everything seems OK with mail,messages,contacts etc.
Trying to SYNC with a PDA by using ActiveSync 3.7(Build
3083) and I keep getting the message "No profiles have
been created".Also went to Control Panel under Email and
created a new profile! Still keeps asking the same
question. Any advice or hints would be greatly
appreciated.
