Outlook 2002 Adddress & Account Issue

Hi

I use Outlook 2002 and have noticed some very strange occurances when
sending messages from 3 particular e-mail accounts:

- After the message has been sent, the message has the to field blanked out

- The Account that the message has been sent from is not the same as the
account that is shown in the sent message. For example, a message could be
prepared to be sent from (e-mail address removed) but if the message is
inspected in the Sent box, the To field may show (e-mail address removed)

- The recipient address may change i.e. A message to
(e-mail address removed) may actually be sent to (e-mail address removed)

- All of these message show this kind of error message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Test
Sent: 19/04/2006 14:27

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

on 19/04/2006 14:27
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

This message is received from the "System Administrator" almost immediately.

I only experience these problems when using e-mail accounts that are on one
particular server. Other e-mail accounts that I have tested are behaving
normally.

If anyone has any suggestions regarding a likely cause or solution to this
problem, it would be much appreciated.
