outlook 2002 and adsl

Hi,
I just got ADSL through my local phone company, I used to have dial up and
never had a problem with outlook mail. Now I can receive but I cannot send.
I get an error message saying "outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing
SMTP e-mail server. DOes anyone know if there is a different SMTP setting I
need to change or how to correct this problem.

Your email account provider will know what settings are needed. they might
have changed. if the email account is not provided by your ISP then there
might also be restrictions in place. check with both.
