Outlook 2002 and CallPilot

When I have CallPilot installed on my XP system, all outgoing emails stay in
my Outbox. This CallPilot program works fine on a 2K system. The CallPilot
program works fine otherwise, I receive emails and voicemails through my
outlook account. I am able to access my voicemails through my email. I have
worked with the tech who installed our CallPilot system and he is at a loss
as to what the problem is. I believe a patch needs to be created by CallPilot
to have it work properly with XP. I would appreciate any advice on how to
resolve this issue. Thank you.
