Outlook 2002 and MS Project Server 2002

In MS Project Server 2002, MS doc on web states that
outlook user can submit calendar changes to the project
manager, who in turn can apply the changes to the project
calendars. How is this accomplished? Is there any doc
available either from the user perspective or sysadmin
perspective that provides some insight into how to set
this up?
