Outlook 2002 and Norton Anti Spam

Everytime I click "This is Spam" in my Norton Anti Spam
toolbar on Outlook 2002, I get a box that says "A program
is trying to access email addresses you have stored, do
you want to allow this for x minutes"

I've seen references to this error elsewhere on the
internet, but no potential solutions.

Any ideas? Is Norton Anti Spam 2004 incompatible with
Outlook 2002?

This is a problem Symantec will have to resolve.
